Managed Delivery : The managed technology seat, with a team under it.

Seven practices. Ownership & accountable outcomes.

What the seat directs, Golonex builds and runs — a managed Global Capability Center first, then talent, software, infrastructure, security assurance, the Microsoft estate, and process & AI automation; for enterprises, compliance readiness and business process automation are where it usually starts. One named Golonex lead on every engagement. The team sits under them, and the outcome is theirs to answer for.

How the seat shows up

Golonex holds the technology seat in your company.

One accountable, credentialed person — vCISO, vCTO, vCAIO, or DPO — who owns technology, security, and compliance, with a team under them. You do not pick seven items off a menu. You take the seat, and the seat brings what the job needs.

The seven practices

What the seat directs. Built and run for you.

Each practice has its own page with the detail and its own accountable Golonex lead, and every one runs the way the seat runs: a named engineer or a dedicated team, fixed monthly seat pricing, one monthly report — ownership and accountable outcomes, whichever practice.

How every engagement runs

The same shape as the seat, whichever practice.

A named Golonex lead who owns the outcome

One person on every engagement who answers for the result, signs the monthly report, and is the person you escalate to. The team sits under them.

A named engineer or a dedicated team

Sized to the service and the estate. Steady-state work fits one engineer with a second briefed for cover; round-the-clock work and large builds are always a team.

Fixed monthly pricing by seat

Dedicated or fractional, known before the month starts. Engineer and lead seats carry a six-month minimum; teams three to six months by scope. The one exception: a fixed-scope software build is priced per milestone.

Not an MSP or MSSP

Golonex does not resell software or security products, does not operate a SOC, and does not provide incident response. Your vendors stay; the seat holds them to the framework.

FAQ

Managed delivery — your questions, answered

Do I have to take the seat to use one of the practices? +

No. Each practice stands on its own with its own accountable Golonex lead. But every engagement is run the way the seat runs — a named owner, a monthly report, fixed seat pricing — and where you also hold a Fractional Leadership seat, the seat-holder directs the work and reviews it monthly.

How do I know which practice I need? +

You usually do not need to. Tell us the problem — the audit date, the estate nobody owns, the process that keeps breaking, the team you cannot hire — and the seat brings what the job needs. The seven practices are how we organise the work, not a menu you order from.

Is this staff augmentation? +

No. Managed talent is the closest practice, and even there every engineer comes with a named Golonex supervisor who owns the communication; you never manage an individual. Everywhere else, Golonex owns the outcome, not just the headcount.

What does Golonex not do? +

Golonex is not an MSP or MSSP. We do not resell software or security products or licences, do not operate a SOC, and do not provide incident response or forensics. Security assurance proves that the controls your vendors run actually work; it does not replace them.

Where is the work delivered from? +

The United States and India, with US-based, US-person teams available where regulation requires it — for CMMC and DFARS environments in particular.

How is it priced? +

Fixed monthly pricing by seat, dedicated or fractional, set before the month starts. Engineer and lead seats carry a six-month minimum; teams three to six months, set by scope. Fixed-scope software builds are the one exception, priced per milestone.

Take the seat. The seat brings the team.

Tell us the problem — the audit date, the estate nobody owns, the process that keeps breaking, the team you cannot hire. Thirty minutes tells you who would own it, and what the outcome would look like.
